Lakes Area Mom Squad Mission Statement 
Lakes Area Mom Squad is a low cost marketing opportunity for Moms and Mom-friendly businesses through the local distribution
of our packets of “coupons, deals and more!” (and hey, everyone loves a good coupon)!
Phase 1:
Our goal is to create a team made up of other Moms/ Women in business. Together, we want to work to build our businesses via the distribution of these coupon packs.
And the cherry on the ice cream cake would be, we will be doing this on a strictly local level. We want to shine a big ‘ol spotlight on businesses of all sizes and encourage local residents and visitors to keep their dollars in our community. Both Kristen and I are big advocates of “Buy Local” and firmly believe in putting “your money where your house is". Don’t get us started on that subject. We’ll suck the air from the room.
Did we mention this program is low cost?? This phase of project is not-for-profit. All monies go back into the project so we can continue to grow and create more marketing opportunities. The more participants we get, the more rack locations we’ll rent. Maybe we’ll get all insanuim in the cranium and buy hot pink envelopes! Who knows! One never know what crazy thoughts enter our twisted little heads.
Our coupon packs are distributed through Discover Racks rental in locations that cater to locals and area visitors alike. We also distribute coupons packs to area businesses, to Mom groups like MOPS and MOMS, to other organizations like daycares and churches, and during events such as the Downtown Women’s Walk-about.
We also intend to put some of the burden of distribution back on YOU o’participating business. We are all in this together and like any true networking group we need to support each other. I do business with , you do business with me, and together we are a success. Pass the word. Hand out packs to your friends, rellies, and customers.
